I received a defective item. What should I do?
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at help@hociqo.com. Please include your order number and attach photographs of the product from all angles, including a close-up of the defective area.
Please provide us with as much information as possible, including a detailed description of the problem.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to verify that the product is in perfect condition and corresponds to what you ordered.
If the item you received doesn't match the one you purchased, please contact us at help@hociqo.com and we'll tell you how to proceed.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact help@hociqo.com as soon as possible with your order information, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been processed and can be processed.
When will I receive my order?
Due to the wide variety of combinations, some pieces may not be in stock, so we work on a pre-order basis. Shipping usually takes 3-4 weeks, although if everything is available, you may receive it early.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, go to your order confirmation email and click "View your order."
What are the shipping costs for an order?
For deliveries within the Peninsula, shipping is free.
How to request a refund?
To request a refund, please email us at help@hociqo.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Items you wish to return
- Pickup schedule
- Pickup address (only if different from delivery address)
You won't need to print any labels: the carrier will bring them and place them on the package. Just make sure you have them ready for pickup.
What is the cost of the return?
Return shipping costs are not included and will be deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've verified that the product's condition is correct, we'll process the refund. The amount will appear in your account within 7 to 15 days, depending on your bank.
Can personalized products be returned?
Personalized products cannot be returned, as they are made specifically to your specifications. Returns will only be accepted if the item has manufacturing defects or errors in customization on our part.
What if none of the web settings fit what I want?
The Sensu Bed offers endless customization possibilities. You can use our configurator to choose fabrics, wood, and even include your pet's name.
You can also draw inspiration from an existing bed and select only the pieces you like, adding new ones, or removing those you don't need. If you'd like help creating an alternative that suits your situation, email us at help@hociqo.com and we'll advise you.
Is it possible to start with a basic Sensu Bed and add components later?
Of course, the Sensu Bed is designed in a modular way, so you can start with a basic configuration and add accessories or additional pieces as needed, adapting the investment at your own pace.
I want to redesign my Sensu Bed, what can I do?
If you want to change the size of your bed, add new pieces, or give it a new look, you can purchase the components you need separately. If you need help or guidance redesigning it, please email us at help@hociqo.com and we'll guide you through everything you need.
Are the covers washable?
Yes, all our covers are removable and washable, designed to make cleaning easier and keep your bed in perfect condition. You can watch a complete tutorial on our website on how to cover them [insert link to the tutorial here] and check the characteristics of each fabric in the product sheet for each piece.
Can I wash the mattress core?
It is not recommended to wash the mattress core, as the memory foam could lose its shape and comfort.
To keep it protected, the cover is waterproof and breathable, allowing the mattress to breathe without being damaged by liquids. The foam also features special padding to keep it in good condition.
Therefore, simply remove and wash the cover to keep your Sensu Bed clean and in perfect condition.
Is the wood treated to be pet safe?
The wood is varnished with water-based products, offering long-lasting and safe protection, free of toxic chemicals.

What are the benefits of registering?
The main advantage of being registered is that all your order information is saved, and you can log in with a username and password without having to fill out a form for each purchase.
